- All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Cancellations and Refunds

Responsibilities of the Customer

- You should adhere to all rules and regulations set by the Saudi authorities for Umrah travel.
- Any delays or issues caused by failure to provide necessary documents will not be our responsibility.

While we aim to provide the best service, we reserve the right to make changes to the package details, including flight schedules, accommodation, and transport, due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any such changes as early as possible.
Liability and Disclaimer
- Alumrah.pk is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to property or persons during the Umrah journey.
- We act as facilitators and are not directly responsible for the actions of third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, or transport companies.
Privacy and Data Security
We value your privacy and protect your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
